Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be longer during new product launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional events.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after your order has been processed:

United States: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

If you need additional assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
